Every cell of my body vibrates with health. I am whole, fit, and free.
There is a new year about to begin, and I’m ready to experience optimal health and function in it. I consider routines and practices that support my wellness, affirming that God is guiding me onto paths of health and fitness.
What I can do today is to release restricting thoughts about my physical condition or age and proclaim my freedom from any limiting ideas or behaviors. In thought and action, I take responsibility for healthful choices and the lifestyle I desire. Through nutrition, exercise, and what may appear to be routine maintenance, I flourish and thrive.
I am whole, fit, and free! Every cell of my body vibrates with health. As a radiant expression of life, I am ready to celebrate a new me.
"Then your light shall break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up quickly."
—Isaiah 58:8

I use my talents and abilities to the glory of God.
A favorite children’s story and song tell of a young drummer boy who gave the only gift he had to give to the Christ Child: He played his drum and was rewarded with a smile from the baby Jesus.
Like the boy in the story, I have talents and abilities that are unique to me. When I use these talents to the glory of God, I inspire myself and those around me to cocreate mutually understanding and loving families, caring communities, and a peaceful, accepting humanity.
My gift to myself during this special season is to be gentle with myself. My gift to others is to be generous, forgiving, and kind. And my gift to the world is to hold a vision of the Christ Spirit reborn within everyone.
"Please accept my gift that is brought to you, because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have everything I want."-Genesis 33:11

The Christ Presence within is our source of ever-renewing life, love, and wisdom.
Colorfully wrapped Christmas presents are symbols of my love and affection for family and friends and of my desire for their lives to be filled with joy. The message of each gift I give is, “I love and appreciate you.”
One of the greatest gifts I can give to others, however, does not come wrapped in paper. With the gift of my prayers, I hold my loved ones in my heart and rejoice with them that the spirit of Christ unites us.
I cherish the prayers of others as well. Knowing that those who love and care about me are holding me in their hearts and minds, I am uplifted.
Our prayers for one another are joyful acknowledgments of the Christ Presence within—the presence of ever-renewing life, love, and wisdom.
"Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul."-3 John 1:2

I bless others through my work, and my work blesses me.
My work is about more than my daily activity. It reveals what I can do, how I relate to others, and how I serve others.
I am blessed with the understanding that I am not just doing a job: God leads me in discovering ways to be fulfilled by my work. I don’t have to do more with less: I apply God-given resources that enhance whatever I do.
I keep my commitment to make a difference in my workplace by improving the relationships and conditions there. My positive commitment overflows to coworkers, customers, and clients. Whether I am a paid employee or a volunteer, I am blessed as I go about doing my work effectively and productively, with consideration and understanding.
"So those who were engaged in the work labored, and the repairing went forward at their hands, and they restored the house of God to its proper condition and strengthened it."
-2 Chronicles 24:13

I am a radiating center of peace.
World peace begins with each one of us. As we give expression to the peace of God that is within us, we are the peace we want to experience in the world. Having released any thoughts that are born of fear, we claim the Truth—all people share a common spiritual bond. Aligned with God, we release any error thoughts we may have held about those we did not understand.
Whether people are of a same or different political persuasion, race, or nationality, we see ourselves in them. What we are perceiving is the sacredness of each one of us.
With a tranquil mind and loving heart, we are radiating centers of peace within our communities and our world. Individual by individual, world peace is becoming a reality.
"How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of the messenger who announces peace."
-Isaiah 52:7

Although things are not perfect; Because of trials or pain; Continue in thanksgiving; Do not begin to blame; Even when the times are hard; Fierce winds are bound to blow; God is forever able; Hold on to what you know; Imagine life without His love; Joy would cease to be; Keep thanking Him for all the things; Love imparts to thee; Move out of "Camp Complaining"; No weapon that is known; On earth can yield the power; Praise can do alone; Quit looking at the future; Redeem the time at hand; Start every day with worship; To "thank" is a command; Until we see Him coming; Victorious in the sky; We'll run the race with gratitude; Xalting God most high; Yes, there'll be good times & yes some will be bad, but... Zion waits
in glory...where no one is ever sad!
"I AM Too blessed to be stressed!"
The shortest distance between a problem and a solution is the distance between your knees and the floor.
The one who kneels to the Lord can stand up to anything.
Love and peace be with you forever,
