I am energized by the life force of God, expressing in me now.
Whether I myself or another is experiencing a physical or emotional challenge, I affirm wholeness and hold thoughts of healing in mind. I continue to generate thoughts of health throughout the day, affirming that the life force of God is strengthening every organ and tissue of our bodies.
There is an ongoing vitality that is renewing our bodies and refreshing our souls. Divine energy is constantly flowing through us, healing and renewing the very fabric of our beings.
I visualize the wholeness that has already come into expression and the greater well-being that is yet to come into full expression. I give thanks for the energizing, revitalizing power of spirit, mind, and body that is blessing each one of us with life and renewal.

God is my source of energy and enthusiasm for life.
As a child, I considered the world full of possibility and wonder. And this is true for me today, as well. Age holds no limits on my soaring spirit of adventure. Rather, the wisdom of experience brings balance and discernment that enhance my youthful attitude.
Life is full of joyful amusements, and these are an essential part of a healthful, spiritual life. With a youthful heart, I see life as a promise—a set of possibilities as yet undiscovered. At any age, I can learn to play an instrument, speak a different language, or play a new game or sport. I can begin new relationships and find new employment or volunteer opportunities.
I am forever young in Spirit, for God is my source of energy and enthusiasm for life.

Today's Word

All of us have prioritized our lives in some form or fashion, whether consciously or unconsciously. Maybe you don't do it purposefully, but you organize your life based on a hierarchy of needs and interests. The Bible makes it clear that maintaining physical health should be one of the highest priorities for us. God created you to be active, healthy and ready for what He has for you. God has great things planned for you, but you won't be able to accomplish them if you're unhealthy and unprepared. The apostle John wrote to a close friend and made sure that he knew physical health was just as essential as spiritual health. Being physically health is not just a good idea - it's a good spiritual idea!

A Prayer for Today

God, I know that my physical health is of importance to You as well as my spiritual health. I want to dedicate my body to Your service and glory, so please help me to be in the best physical condition possible. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

I am alive, whole, and energetic!

A wondrous outpouring of God's presence and power enlivens me in mind and body. I feel the reverberation of healing energy active within me now.
In partnership with God, I express the joy of feeling good. I am refreshed. My very cells dance a dance of exuberant health. I am a fluid expression of movement and action. My joints move smoothly and comfortably with agility and freedom. My heart beats in a steady, strong rhythm.
God's presence and power are within me, surrounding me. I am blessed with vitality and energy that support radiant wellness in every fiber of my being. According to a divine design, every organ of my body functions with perfection.

With enthusiasm, I reach for the stars and accomplish the miraculous.
Enthusiasm is the spiritual energy that inspires me to move forward with my dreams and goals. It springs forth from within me, urging me into action.
When I am impassioned about accomplishing a goal, I feel energized from within and eager to fulfill my heart's desires.
There may be occasions, however, when I feel discouraged or perceive there are obstacles in my path. Through prayer and with the enthusiastic encouragement of others, I am challenged to see through these misperceptions and move ahead with eagerness and confidence.
Enthusiasm is a spiritual force that compels me to reach for the stars and accomplish the seemingly miraculous, which all along has been possible for me to achieve.
"So with yourselves; since you are eager for spiritual gifts, strive to excel in them for building up the church."-1 Corinthians 14:12
